Background and Experience
I am currently a graduate Computer Science student at Oregon State University. I completed my undergrad in Computer Science and Engineering and joined Knoldus Inc. as a Software Engineer in January 2020. After working for 2.8 years, I moved to the United States to pursue my Master's in Computer Science at Oregon State University.
As a Software Engineer, I have been part of the product development team and have had the opportunity to develop and deliver scalable, fault-tolerant microservices for the Notifications platform, which is part of the product UKG PRO, an HCM software used by the majority of companies worldwide. I was also part of the DevOps workflow team and was responsible for microservice and vault migration from our on-premises data centers to GCP. Additionally, I wrote and maintained infrastructure and CI pipelines for microservices to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
As a Graduate Student, I am part of the Software Engineering Track and currently working with Prof. Will Braynen on Apple’s Swift protobuf GRPC library. I am also a Teaching Assistant for Software Engineering and Programming Language fundamentals and have maintained a cumulative GPA of 4.0.
When I am not in front of the Screen I am probably playing FIFA on PlayStation or watching some thriller movie or a comedy show. I also like to travel and planning to visit Spain sometime next year. I particularly want to visit Barcelona as I am a big FC Barcelona fan and would love to watch my team play live once at Camp Nou.

I worked with Upanshu on one of the project-building notification platforms using Springboot, Kafka, AWS set of notification services SNS, Pinpoint, and SES.
